Shipping and returns
Package shipment
As a general rule, packages will be shipped on the same day of receipt of the order as long as the order is placed before 15:00 and the kit or parts to be manufactured are in stock with immediate availability, otherwise the approximate production time is specified in the item description.
Shipments will be made through the agency Tipsa and Zeleris 24/48h service as long as the destination is in mainland Spain.
For shipments to the Canary or Balearic Islands please contact us and we will try to find the most interesting shipping service for you.
International shipments will be sent by post and Gls you will be informed in advance of the type of service and its total cost.
If the customer prefers, the shipment can be sent by international agencies such as DHL, UPS, etc. You will be informed of the services and total cost.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs do NOT include the cost of handling and packaging, in our case www.Avekits.com assumes these costs to collaborate with the end customer.
For mainland Spain we have flat rate on all shipments at a very reduced cost of only 5,95€ up to a maximum of 5kg selecting our 24/48h shipping.
In articles of large volume and / or weight may have additional transportation costs, in which case the information of the article will be indicated on the website.
